Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Baltimore is hiring a Greeter/Desk Attendant for a part-time position. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and operate the POS system and lane assignments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette required.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability.
• Assign lanes, shoes and equipment; prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and PA system.
