Qualifications

• Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage messages.
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends.
• Move chairs, tables, and assist with coat check as needed.
• Stand for the shift and maintain a clean, safe dining area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate needs.
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables; maintain restrooms.
• Answer telephones and take orders, messages, and reservations.
• Follow service steps and safety guidelines.
