Job summary

Pins Mechanical Co in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Host to greet and assist guests, check IDs, and help guests find their way to parties or events. You will have the option to float between our Indianapolis locations of both 16-Bit and Pins Mechanical Co.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent communication and maintain a positive attitude.
• Capable of walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to follow cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
• Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Check for proper identification.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space.
• Guide guests to their party or event.
• Make recommendations on menu offerings and activities.
• Respond to and resolve issues and notify management when needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador for 16-Bit.
