The Host delivers an excellent hospitality experience by managing the dining flow, greeting guests, and answering questions while maintaining a positive first impression. No prior experience required—we train. Candidates should have strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment, with flexibility across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, answer phones, seat guests, take reservations, and take food orders.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at front desk and lobby.
• Learn seating layout and service flow to deliver food.
• Set and clear tables neatly according to restaurant specs.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Perform side-work as required.
