Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring a Host/Hostess to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience by coordinating guest flow and maintaining a positive first and last impression.

Full-time or part-time roles are available, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced Pan-Asian dining setting. The Host will greet guests, answer phones, seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with curbside and takeout processes while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to PF Chang’s specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
