Qualifications

• Hospitality guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage wait list.
• Enter guest names into the system and fill to-go orders.
• Inform guests of wait time and seat guests accordingly.
• Assist with reservations and guest requests.
• Maintain a clean host stand and organized work area.
• Coordinate with servers and bartenders for guest occasions.
• Ensure dress code is followed consistently.
• Rotate seating to balance workloads among servers.
