P.F. Chang's in Florida is hiring the Host/Hostess to deliver an excellent hospitality experience and manage the flow of the restaurant. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a warm first and last impression.)

The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Willing to train; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold our high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
