Job summary

P.F. Chang's in California is hiring for Host or Hostess positions, offering full-time or part-time roles. You will help deliver a warm hospitality experience, manage seating, and answer guest questions with a professional first and last impression.

Training is provided for all new hires, and the position supports a guest-focused dining experience. You will learn the seating layout, curbside and takeout expectations, and perform side-work as needed to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold our high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift
