Job summary

PF Chang's in Austin is hiring a Host/Hostess to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience and manage the flow of the restaurant. You will greet guests, guide seating, and provide a warm first and last impression to every guest. When there is a wait, you will quote accurate times and assist guests with questions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, take reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by performing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas to deliver food.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently per PF Chang’s specs.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.
