• Strong menu knowledge and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to tables.
• Seat guests and manage seating flow.
• Present menus and assist with kid packs.
• Perform cleanliness and stocking across lobby, bakery and retail areas.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, and process payments.
• Assist in marketing and promoting new items.
• Respond to guest concerns and escalate to a manager as needed.
