Job summary

Chili's in Pittsburgh is seeking a Host to start guests' experience with warm hospitality and a friendly welcome. You will manage the wait list, assist guests, and maintain a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, coordinating with team members, and helping ensure smooth operations during busy periods. No prior experience is required; flexible scheduling available for part-time or full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods.
• Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
