Job summary

Chili's is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests with warmth and hospitality. You will manage the wait list, direct calls, and assist team members to ensure a smooth dining experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, can work quickly in a high-volume setting, and are comfortable standing for long periods. Experience is not required, and flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
