Job summary

Chili's is hiring a Host to welcome Guests and manage the dining room flow in a fast-paced restaurant. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate with the manager on guest concerns while answering phones and assisting teammates.

Great team atmosphere and flexible scheduling support a part-time or full-time role at Chili's. No previous experience is required, and a positive, friendly personality is valued to create a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm attitude ready to greet with a smile.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
