You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping ensure an exceptional dining experience. This role offers starting pay of $12/hour with weekends required, plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Accurately manage seating and assign tables based on party size and wait times.
• Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
• Answer phone calls, complete to-go orders, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area (host stand, waiting areas).
• Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Manage guest waitlist during busy periods to keep experiences positive.
• Respond to guest feedback and concerns professionally.
• Assist with light cleaning and stocking, including resetting tables.
