Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is seeking a friendly front desk host to welcome Guests and guide them through retail, game rentals and dining experiences. You’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience and help keep the front desk stocked and organized.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, processing transactions, coordinating game rentals and merchandise, and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere while communicating with Managers and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat front desk host with strong communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or cashier roles preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and guide them through game rentals, dining and merchandise.
• Maintain front desk organization, restock menus and supplies.
• Process transactions and ensure accurate bill handling.
• Engage guests with a positive attitude and coordinate with management.
