Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Hosts at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, MA. You will welcome guests, manage the host station, and help create a positive dining experience. This role offers evening shifts, weekends, and a friendly team environment.

Pay is $20.00 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. No diploma required; prior guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review the floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts.
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.
