Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - Carrollton in Carrollton, Texas, seeks friendly hosts for our opening team. You will welcome guests, manage seating, answer questions, and assist with checkout while promoting bakery items.

No previous restaurant experience is required; training is provided. Flexible hours, day and night shifts, and advancement opportunities are available. Starting pay is $14/hour with opportunities up to $17/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly personality, positive attitude, and enjoyment in helping guests.
• Previous restaurant or cashier experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Manage seating and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions.
• Operate the register and process guest payments.
• Promote Perkins bakery items, including pies, muffins, and cookies.
• Keep the bakery display attractive, stocked, and presentable.
• Maintain a clean entrance, waiting area, and cashier station.
• Work closely with servers and managers to provide excellent guest service.
