Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them according to procedures and availability.
• Use greeting, seating, and waiting list procedures.
• Handle guest checks and payments with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception area and restrooms.
• Ensure proper stock and cleanliness of bakery cases.
• Assist servers and other staff to uphold service standards.
• Communicate product or service issues to the Manager on Duty.
