Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and escort to tables.
• Seat guests and manage dining flow to seating.
• Provide menus and kid packs as needed when seating guests.
• Perform restroom checks and keep lobby, bakery and retail areas clean.
• Practice safe food and beverage handling and interaction with guests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including receipts.
• Assist in marketing, promotions and communicating new offers.
• Clear, sanitize and reset tables as needed.
• Manage wait times with managers and support other duties as assigned.
