Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests and set the tone from the moment they enter. You will guide guests, manage reservations, seat guests, and keep the lobby vibrant and guest-ready.

We value hospitality, teamwork, and clear communication. Prior high-volume restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required; training will teach you everything you need to succeed. Flexible hours and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• You value guest experiences and take pride in everything you do.

• Communication is key - you should be comfortable talking with strangers.
• You understand that work is easier - and more fun - with teamwork.
• Some time working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
• Restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and setting the tone from the moment they walk in.
• Managing reservations and keeping things running smoothly.
• Seating guests and showing them how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social.
• Answering phones and taking take-out orders.
• Keeping the lobby clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Teaming up with coworkers to deliver next-level hospitality.
