Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests creating a positive first impression
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations
• Support front-of-house operations and teamwork to enhance guest experience
• Answer phones and assist guests with general questions
• Follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency
• Own sidework and closing tasks
• Multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
