Job summary

Harwood Hospitality group is seeking talented individuals to join our restaurant operations team in Dallas. You will contribute to efficient service, table settings, and guest satisfaction across multiple dining rooms.

Role requires strong customer service, communication, and teamwork, with the ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Medical coverage and internal discounts are among benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to speak and understand English as a primary language.
• Previous experience in a similar setting/role is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset table settings according to specifications in HHG Training Manual and presentation standards.
• Ensuring all utensils clean and neatly set.
• Properly cleaning and clearing tables after guests have completed their meal.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to expedite the service process.
• Assisting servers with water refills and/or provide other support to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure that public restrooms are clean and functional.
• Be available for any Restaurant mandatory meeting or training.
• Ensures a smooth communication with all direct reports and other Restaurants Managers/supervisors.
