Job summary

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and guest management.
• Food handler certification may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage wait lists and seating.
• Answer phones and fill to-go orders.
• Inform guests of wait times and seat guests.
• Ensure host stand and menus are clean and ready.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
• Rotate seating to balance workloads among servers.
• Follow dress code policy.
• Assist managers with special occasions and guest requests.
