Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant host/front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and promptly to create a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists while balancing guest flow.
• Communicate waiting times accurately and professionally to guests.
• Support front-of-house activities during peak times and handle phone inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host podium and entry areas.
• Assist with setup, restocking menus, and handling guest concerns as needed.
