Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables, ensuring smooth seating distribution.
• Smile and provide courteous service at all times.
• Communicate table numbers and guest counts to servers.
• Present menus and wine list; inform guests of specials and expected server.
• Maintain clean and display menus before, during, and after shift.
• Check dining floor for debris and assist with table maintenance.
• Assist wait staff and bus staff as needed; assist with to-go orders.
• Thank guests warmly and invite them to return.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
