Jersey Shore Restaurant Group is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests and coordinate seating in a fast-paced dining environment. You will manage reservations, monitor wait times, escort guests, and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage Reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce the Waiter/Waitress’s name
• Thank customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention
• Answer incoming calls and address queries
• Assist wait staff as needed
