Job summary

TAO Group is seeking part-time Guestlist Moderators in Las Vegas. You will greet guests, verify reservations, manage entry, and coordinate with promotions, VIP services, and security to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role requires a positive attitude and strong teamwork in a fast-paced venue environment. Responsibilities include handling guest lists, monitoring lines, addressing inquiries, and supporting opening/closing duties while maintaining professional appearance and compliance with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in hospitality or related field.
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office; POS systems and Oracle knowledge preferred.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue in a warm and friendly manner.
• Accurately manage reservations and assist entry for guests (guest list, presale tickets, cards, passes).
• Provide wait times and monitor lines.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere for patrons and coworkers.
• Inform management of complaints or incidents.
• Identify intoxicated or disorderly guests and report to Security.
• Communicate professionally with Host Hotel/Casino management.
