Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in Las Vegas is seeking a Guestlist Moderator to verify reservations and grant access to venues. You will serve as a liaison between promotions, VIP services, and guests, and help maintain crowd control in a high-volume nightclub atmosphere.

This role requires attentiveness, professional communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS, POS systems; Oracle knowledge preferred.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Remain alert for suspicious persons or activities.
• Identify intoxicated, disorderly, or insubordinate guests and reports them to Security.
• Assist guests with entry to the venue.
• Maintain professionalism and friendly atmosphere at the workplace.
• Communicate professionally with management.
• Provide customers with information and directions.
• Inform management of any complaints, comments, or incidents.
• Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned.
