You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, handle reservations, maintain a tidy Host station, and support the front of house team. Candidates should communicate clearly, be reliable, and be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• English writing and speaking proficiency required.
• Certification in local food safety and alcohol handling required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat properly, manage wait times and reservations.
• Adhere to JINYA culture and greetings.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions, assist with special accommodations.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team; handle reservations and seating.
• Ensure cleanliness of the Host station and front door area.
• Assist front of house with beverages, table setup, resetting tables.
• Address minor guest complaints and alert management for major issues.
• Know restaurant hours, menu, allergies, table numbers, payment options.
• Promote JINYA values of Teamwork, Hospitality, Authenticity, Creativity, Integrity.
• Complete tasks as requested by managers.
