You will maintain a polished appearance, multitask effectively across front-of-house duties, and ensure health-and-safety standards while delivering warm, attentive service for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer-facing service roles.
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seating and dining room flow.
• Answer calls and questions about reservations.
• Maintain awareness of guests and special occasions.
• Maintain a working environment that complies with health and safety guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of coworkers and guests.
• Ensure that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand.
• Build rapport with guests in order to increase repeat clientele.
• Complete administrative work in the morning.
