This role focuses on delivering genuine hospitality through 2nd Mile Service, maintaining exceptional dining room standards, and consistently living out Chick-fil-A’s Core 4. Dining Room Hosts play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by anticipating needs and supporting overall Front of House operations.Prior experience as a host, hostess, or restaurant crew member, team member is not required but is preferred.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Create a warm, welcoming dining room experience for every guestDeliver 2nd Mile Service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond expectationsMaintain exceptional dining room standards, including table touches, condiment stations, floors, and restroomsEngage with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and follow-throughAssist guests with trays, refresh on beverages, high chairs, and special accommodationsSupport overall Front of House operations during peak periodsApplicants must be able to:* Smile* Create and Maintain Eye Contact* Speak in a friendly tone* Make Emotional Connections with Guests* Work Quickly and Efficiently* Follow Restaurant Safety and Cleanliness GuidelinesApplicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
