Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a part-time Dining Room Host to deliver a welcoming dining experience from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and 5:00 PM–8:00 PM shifts. You will greet guests, maintain a clean dining area, assist with seating, and ensure excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required, and scheduling includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, patio, and beverage station
• Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests
• Assist guests with seating, tray carrying, refills, and special requests when needed
• Monitor dining room traffic and ensure tables are cleaned promptly
• Stock dining room supplies including napkins, condiments, straws, lids, and beverages
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize dining areas throughout the shift
• Respond quickly to guest concerns and communicate issues to leadership when necessary
• Support team members in Front of House operations during busy periods
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Create a warm, family-friendly environment for every guest
• Assist with opening and closing dining room duties
• Cleaning the restrooms

This is a flexible, part-time position designed around our busiest meal periods.We are specifically looking for team members who are available to support ourlunch rush from approximately 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and/or our dinner rush from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM.This can be a great opportunity for someone looking for shorter, consistent shifts that fit around other commitments.

Work schedule

• Day shift 11am-2pm
• Night shift 5pm-8pm
