Qualifications

• First point of contact for guests and hosts.
• 2nd item reserved for seating management and guest flow.
• Ability to handle special requests and accessibility needs.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and empathy.
• Knowledge of restaurant flow and basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables, pull chair, present menus.
• Ensure entry doors are clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
• Inform servers of location and assigned station; manage reservations.
• Coordinate seating chart and evening reservations with team.
• Maintain communication with manager and kitchen to synchronize timing.
• Bid guests farewell and follow up on satisfaction.
