Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every member and guest upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the dining room seating rotation.
• Seat members promptly while maintaining balanced server sections.
• Communicate with servers and managers regarding new tables, special requests, large parties, and member needs.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the shift and uphold club policies.
