Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member at White Columns Country Club in Milton, GA to assist with food preparation and production across all F&B areas. You will help set up and clean stations, prepare menu items with staff, and ensure attractive presentations while meeting guest requests.

Must have 2-3 years of cooking experience, be capable of working independently or as part of a team, and understand food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years cooking experience required.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and perform.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas.
• Setup, cleanup, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with food and beverage staff.
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items.
• Accommodate customer requests promptly.
• Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
• Know food safety processes and procedures.
• Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Have the ability to work on your feet for long periods.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
