White Lodging is seeking a Front of House teammate to warmly greet guests, assist with seating, and help ensure a memorable dining experience across our hotels and restaurants. You will coordinate reservations, assign sections, maintain the entryway, and perform side work while upholding a neat, professional appearance and a safety-first team culture.

Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods, plus excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure, will help you deliver

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
