Qualifications

• 0-2 years related experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to manage cash and process payments accurately
• Comfort with handling busy service areas
• Knowledge of menu items and nightly promotions

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner and escort guests to tables
• Monitor guests’ needs and the flow of the restaurant and seat guests accordingly
• Deliver menus and kid packs as needed when seating guests
• Perform restroom checks, answer phone, keep lobby, bakery and retail areas clean
• Practice safe food and beverage handling
• Communicate with guests and handle crowds, easing wait times for tables or carryout
• Address guest concerns and involve a manager when needed
• Handle cash and credit transactions and reconcile receipts
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables as needed
