Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat assignments, and maintain seating flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints when Manager on Duty is unavailable.
• Manage cash drawer, banking, and POS transactions.
• Answer phones and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure cleanliness of entrance, tables, menus, and stations.
