Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle guest inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to seating promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints when possible.
• Manage bank, take payments, and notify supervisors for cash handling discrepancies.
• Provide friendly guest service and upsell hotel or casino services where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of entrance, tables, menus, and stations.
