Qualifications

• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Skilled in operating calculators and POS systems for retail transactions

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Sell Gift Shop merchandise, including pre-packaged food and beverage, while operating a POS system with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and restock merchandise to ensure displays remain full, clean, and visually appealing
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities, services, events, and hours to guide guests effectively
• Accurately handle assigned cash bank and follow proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and company data per privacy policies
