Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in La Grange, IL. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, track lane availability, and assist with basic bowling instruction at the front desk.

Responsibilities include handling sales at the counter, logging any equipment issues, and supporting league preparation while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette. This on-site role offers perks like free bowling and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist and track lane availability
• Prepare for leagues and operate the front desk
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
