Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the lobby, ring sales, and support daily operations in a high-energy bowling environment.

You’ll handle the waitlist, assist guests with basic bowling guidance, operate the POS and desk systems, and help ensure a WOW experience for every visitor. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
