Job summary

Hooky Entertainment is seeking a Hospitality Host to deliver an exceptional guest experience across bowling, arcade, and redemption areas. You will greet guests, provide information on services, and guide them through the Hooky experience with a friendly, team-oriented approach.

The role requires assisting with events, maintaining clean facilities, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Strong communication and basic math skills are essential to handle transactions and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Provide information on bowling, arcade games, attractions, redemption, and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and report incidents to management.
• Assist with setup and management of events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of theaters, restrooms, entrances, bowling, and game floors.
• Monitor inventory for bowling supplies, redemption, and prize displays.
• Check lanes and arcade machines; report unresolved issues to management.
• Ensure guests have valid tickets and direct seating accordingly.
• Help guests with lost and found items.
• Manage guest lines for orderly flow and lane assignments.
• Assist with shoe rentals and scoring systems.
• Verify points in redemption system and ensure correct prize values.
• Provide information on prize options and assist in selections.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
