Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Host to welcome guests, manage seating, and support front-of-house operations at The Charmant Hotel in downtown La Crosse. You’ll greet guests, provide menus, explain specials, and help ensure a smooth flow between seating and service.

A positive personality and strong guest interaction are essential. Candidates must be at least 16, with basic math and good handwriting; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or training required; strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Must be 16 years or older; basic math skills (add/subtract, count change).
• Will train appropriate candidates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide to seating; present menus and specials.
• Explain seating arrangements and timing for tables.
• Maintain clean, up-to-date menus and assist front of house staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and courteous interactions.
• Handle to-go orders and answer guest questions.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and quality standards.
