Qualifications

• One year Barista experience preferred.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/change).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn the full coffee and food menu and assist guests with selections.
• Explain drinks and food options to educate customers.
• Keep work area and customer area clean and organized.
• Maintain coffee knowledge to assist guests effectively.
• Stock supplies and keep equipment clean and functional.
• Leave a positive impression to encourage return visits.
