Responsibilities

• Maintain a cheerful and courteous temperament and a neat, professional image.
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
• Escort guests to tables in a timely manner.
• Efficiently manage the seating wait list.
• Relay guest questions or concerns to the on-duty manager.
• Keep foyer and host station clean; restock and clean menus.
• Restock and maintain restroom cleanliness for guests.
• Answer phones within four rings and direct guests to the right staff.
• Conclude guests' visit when they depart.
• Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and side work.
