Responsibilities

• Greets guests and manages the wait list.
• Guides guests to tables and escorts them to seating.
• Answers questions and directs guests to staff.
• Maintains foyer, host/hostess station, and wait area clean and stocked with menus.
• Handles shift changes and opening/closing duties.
• Restocks restrooms and maintains cleanliness in the entry area.
• Answers phones and directs inquiries to the proper staff.
