Denny's is seeking a Host/Hostess in Las Vegas to greet guests, seat them promptly, and assist team members to ensure guest satisfaction. You will respond to guest concerns with courtesy while maintaining the lobby and dining area in a clean, inviting state.

Responsibilities include managing the waiting list, taking beverage orders, and supporting service staff as needed. A focus on brand standards and guest experience is essential.

Formación

• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must pass all required tests and training for the position.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Meets uniform and grooming standards.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Dependable and able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and seat them at clean tables, rotating seating as needed.
• Handle guest payments and transactions following policy.
• Assist other team members and respond to guest concerns with courtesy.
• Provide beverage orders and refills; manage to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain waiting list and follow seating procedures.
• Operate the point of sale system and support cash handling.
