The role requires accurate cash handling, basic math, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Training and uniforms are provided as part of joining the Denny’s team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests immediately in a friendly manner and seat them.
• Assist guests with special seating needs and maintain waiting list.
• Describe promotions and take initial beverage orders.
• Handle cash, credit card, and discount transactions with accuracy.
• Provide courteous service and support other team members as needed.
• Operate the point of sale system and process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and menus.
• React to guest concerns promptly and notify supervisor when needed.
• Assist with To Go orders and other duties as assigned.
