Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Host to greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus. You will maintain dining room setup, assist with service, and coordinate reservations for special functions.

The role emphasizes sustainability practices under EarthView and adherence to safety standards. A customer service background is preferred, with opportunities across full‑time and part‑time shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with standards.
• Meet and greet guests, offer seating choices, escort to dining table and present menu.
• Read and maintain daily log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper dining room setup and assist as needed with service.
• Receive reservations and make arrangements for guests and special functions.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and MSDS/OSHA safety standards.
